CPFH Winter Indoor Evaluations for the 2026-2027 season...
August 16th & August 23rd for U12, U14, U16, & U19
September 19th for U10, U12, and U14 Elite & United Divisions Only
*We will hold an additional evaluation on September 19th for our U10 and U12 age groups as well as our U14 Elite and United divisions. U14 National athletes will receive their team assignment following the August 23rd evaluation date.
Athletes are invited and encouraged to attend each evaluation date if they are able but only need to attend one to be considered for a team.
USAFH changed the birthday requirements last year for each age group, so please look carefully at the birthday requirements for each age group listed below and make sure you are trying out in the correct age group.

1:00 to 2:30 - U12 (Born 8/2014-7/2016...class of 2033 and 2034)
2:30 to 4:00 - U14 (Born 8/2012 - 7/2014...class of 2031 and 2032)
4:00 to 5:30 - U16 (Born 8/2010-7/2012...class of 2029 and 2030)
5:30 to 7:00 - U19 (Born 8/2008-7/2010...class of 2027 and 2028)
August 23rd...

USAFH has posted NEW AGE GROUP CUT-OFFS for USAFH events. We will be following these guidelines for the winter season. These new guidelines align more closely to grade level. We highly encourage all athletes to play in their grade level age group as long as they fit the requirements.

During registration (after evaluations) you will have the option to pay via a one-time lump sum payment or can choose to break the registration fees up into 4 equal monthly payments that will be due 10/1, 11/1, 1/1 and 2/1
Please note, if you accept a team spot and later decide to quit the team, the full winter registration is still due.
CPFH families help set up multiple fundraisers that are optional. If you choose to participate in a fundraiser, all funds you earn go to help offset your club fees, so fundraisers can benefit you directly.

*There will be no practices, tournaments, or communication from CP staff and coaches to allow both our families and staff uninterrupted time with their families and to recharge for a busy and intense two months of indoor season
**Teams with NITQ qualifiers will practice:
Winter Break: January 19th-25th *ALL CP Indoor Practices and Teams will take a pause while our National Team Athletes practice, prepare, and travel to FL for the Sunshine Showcase. Athletes traveling to Sunshine Showcase please check our "National Tournaments" page for practice, scrimmage, and tournament information.
U14 NITs: February 12th-15th *ALL U14s unless qualifying for the U16 NITs last official practice will be Thursday, February 11th **Teams qualifying for U16 NITs will have practice Tuesday, February 16th and Wednesday, February 17th
U10/U12 NITs: February 26th-28th *ALL U10/U12s last official practice will be Wednesday, February 24th
U16 NITs: February 19th- February 21st *ALL U16s last official practice unless qualifying for the U16 NITs will be Thursday, February 18th **Teams qualifying for U19 NITs will have practice Tuesday, February 23rd and Wednesday, February 24th
U19 NITs: February 26th-28th *ALL U19s last official practice will be Wednesday, February 24th
Indoor Season Ends Sunday, February 28th
Age Group Team and Training Descriptions
U19
U19 Set Teams: Athletes must register for evaluations in order to be considered for a set team. From evaluations the following groups will be formed: U19 National Group and U19 Elite Group. Each group will have 16 field players and 2 or 3 GKs. Athletes will train with their assigned group (National, Elite or United) for the first two weeks of practice until November 21st. Following the first two weeks of practice each group will then be formed into two set teams. Each set team will have 8 field players and 1 or 2 GKs.
Each team will have two practices per week (practices will include: 1 skills practice and 1 scrimmage practice which includes additional time for goal setting, recruitment assistance, game review, and notebook discussion) and a tournament scheduled assigned to their team.
U19 National Teams: Will have 6 regular tournaments, 1 NITQ, and 1 NIT upon qualifying; estimated cost: $630-$910
U19 Elite Teams: Will have 5 regular tournaments, 1 NITQ, and 1 NIT upon qualifying; estimated cost: $545-$730
U19 United Teams: Will have 3 to 4 regular tournaments; estimated cost: $425
U19 Training Group: Evaluations are not required for this group. Please register for the U19 winter training group if you'd like to train with CP this winter. The U19 training group will have 2 practices each week.

U16

From evaluations the following groups will be formed: U16 National Group, U16 Elite Group and U16 United Group. The National group will have 24 field players and 3 or 4 GKs. The Elite and United groups will have 16 field players and 2 or 3 GKs. Athletes will train with their assigned group (National, Elite or United) for the first two weeks of practice until November 21st. Following the first two weeks of practice each group will then be formed into teams. Each team will have 8 field players and 1 or 2 GKs.
Each team will have two practices per week (practices will include: 1 skills practice and 1 scrimmage practice which includes additional time for goal setting, recruitment assistance, game review, and notebook discussion) and a tournament schedule assigned to their team.
U16 National Teams: Will have 6 regular tournaments, Disney Showcase, 2 NITQs, and 2 NITs (upon qualifying); estimated cost: $1050-$1560
U16 Elite Teams: Will have 5 regular tournaments, 2 NITQs, and 2 NITs (upon qualifying); estimated cost: $675-$1135
U16 United Teams: Will have 5 regular tournaments 1 NITQ and 1 NIT (upon qualifying); estimated cost: $550-$780
16 Training Group: Evaluations are not required for this group. Please register for the U16 winter training group if you'd like to train with CP this winter. The U16 training group will have 2 practices each week.

Each team will have 8 field players and 1 or 2 GKs. The U12 Purple team will be determined following evaluations. The U12 Lilac and U12 Orchid teams will train for the first two weeks of practice until November 21st. Following the first two weeks of practice 2 or 3 teams will then be formed. Each team will have 8 field players and 1 or 2 GKs.
Each team will have two practices per week (practices will include: 1 skills practice and 1 scrimmage practice which includes additional time for goal setting and notebook discussion) and a tournament schedule assigned to their team.
U12 Purple Team: Will have 6 tournaments and 1 NIT; estimated cost: $735

The U8 division will not have any set teams thus no evaluations are required. Please register for the U8 division if you'd like to play this winter with CP. The U8 division will have one 1.5 hour practice each week. The U8s will participate in scrimmages with other clubs during practices to prepare for and get a feel for game and tournament playing. In addition, we will offer several optional tournaments for those athletes and families that would like to experience more competitive play.

Teams: Keepers can choose to be evaluate to be on a team, please complete the evaluation registration if you'd like to play with a team. If a goalie plays on a team in your age group, you will be asked to attend the once per week GK specific training and would also be asked to attend the once per week team scrimmage practice with your team. You may also attend your team's skills practices for additional practices
Indoor Season Goal Keeper Specific Training Sessions: Keepers can register for the goalie training only. Practice would be one session per week.
